Roy Gullickson
Enterprise Operations
Roy Gullickson heads Enterprise Operations at Collins Aerospace. In this role, he is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s Operations, end-to-end Supply Chain, Quality and Environment, Health & Safety activities. He is committed to driving Collins Aerospace to be an operational leader in the industry, through talent development, digital tools and the highest-performing manufacturing and supply chain network.
Roy joined Collins in 2005 and has held roles of increasing responsibility across Operations, Quality and Supply Chain. Prior to leading Enterprise Operations, Roy was the vice president of Avionics Operations. During his tenure with Avionics, he played a key role in exceeding customer expectations with high-quality Avionics solutions, delivered on-time.
Roy is a native of South Dakota, graduating from the South Dakota School of Mines with a degree in Industrial Engineering. He also holds an MBA from the University of Iowa. In addition, he is a veteran of the U.S. Army.
