We have a long history of collaboration with the Distretto Aerospaziale Piemonte and with experts from the Polytechnic University of Turin for the technological development of products, particularly in the field of actuation. 

Since 2022, Collins has established Applied Research & Technology (ART) capabilities at its sites in Rome and Trento that actively contribute to the company’s global technology and open innovation resource team spanning Europe, the US and Asia. ART leverages combined engineering expertise across Collins Aerospace and RTX to create differentiated systems-level solutions across a range of disciplines.
