Gail Baker heads Aftermarket Services at Collins Aerospace. In this role, she leads the worldwide commercial and military aftermarket business and customer service organizations, including customer offerings, long-term aftermarket programs, spares, part repairs, asset management and technical and strategic support.


Providing cutting-edge solutions that meet our customer’s critical needs, Gail drives long-term growth and profitability through excellent customer support and program execution. Most recently, she led the Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance & Space Solutions portfolio for the Collins Mission Systems strategic business unit, bringing relentless focus to ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.


Gail has more than 30 years at UTC having held a series of executive positions in a variety of functional areas at UTC Aerospace Systems. She served as president of ISR & Space Systems; vice president of Air Management Systems; vice president, Engine & Environmental Control Systems Aftermarket; and vice president, Aerospace Customers & Business Development.


She is a member of the Wings Club, the Association of the United States Army, the Air Force Association, and is on the executive board of directors of the Hartford Bishop’s Foundation. Gail holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
