Synthetic Vision System (SVS)
While approaching a busy unfamiliar airport, Collins SVS makes it easier and safer. SVS adds distinct mile markers, runway highlights, lead-ins and airport identifiers to easily identify any destination airport. And you’ll see challenging terrain and obstacles in any weather conditions.
Data Link (VHF)
Get in the air faster – and to your destination sooner – with clearances and other communications through controller-pilot data link communications (CPDLC) capability, optional FANS and more. Never miss another transmission from air traffic control.
Integrated Flight Information System (IFIS)
When integrated with the Pro Line 21, the flight management system automatically shares flight-plan data with the IFIS, enabling automated chart selection, aircraft positioning on chart, overlaying the flight plan on graphical weather and much more. Pilots have greater situational awareness while reducing their workload – all without needing additional devices in the cockpit.
Required Navigation Performance (RNP)
With Collins Pro Line 21 airspace modernization bundles, RNP adds XYZ approaches and automatically shares takeoff and arrival data with the IFIS and SVS. Performance is monitored and the operational requirement is identified as being met during an operation, or not.
