Customer Portal Help

Note: The information and links on this page are intended primarily for customers of the former UTC Aerospace Systems.

Doing business with Collins Aerospace is getting easier as we deliver a single Customer Portal experience. Users can easily obtain order and account status as well as order related documents and technical publications all in one place.

Legacy Hamilton Sundstrand, Goodrich, and Ground Support Equipment businesses and customers are under a single customer portal website at https://www.customers.collinsaerospace.com.

The basic ecommerce functionality has not changed. You will be able to search parts, submit RFQs, place orders, and view order status.

The Technical Publications search function has been improved and you will now be able to see all of your requested and viewable publications via your "My Publications" page.

For notification of new publications and publication updates, please setup your email preferences using the User Guide (Email Preferences and Notification Management).

The Ground Support Equipment request for quote functionality is available on our website for you to submit your tooling and test equipment quote requests and orders.

Need access?

To register for access to the Collins Aerospace customer portal, click the Request Access button on the Customer Portal home page.

To reset your password, please use our self-service Password Management link also found on the Customer Portal home page and select the "Need help signing in?" option located below the login button.

Q. How do I gain access to Collins Aerospace Customer Portal?
A. Visit https://customers.collinsaerospace.com/ and click Request Access.

Q. Can I register with a shared account?
A. Due to International Trade compliance we require an individual email address.

Q. How do I update my email address?
A. We are not able to change/modify user’s email address due to International Trade compliance. You will need to re-register with your new address by visiting https://customers.collinsaerospace.com/ and clicking Request Access.

Q. How do I reset my password?
A. Go to the LDAP sign-on page and click Need help signing in? under the Login button.

Q. My account is disabled, how do I re-enable it?
A. Due to International Trade compliance we cannot reactivate your account. You will need to re-register by visiting https://customers.collinsaerospace.com/ and clicking Request Access.

Q. How can I login if I have exceeded the limit of login attempts?
A. Go to the LDAP sign-on page and click Need help signing in? under the Login button.

Q. How do I unlock my account?
A. Go to the LDAP sign-on page and click Need help signing in? under the Login button.

Q. What does "authentication failed" mean?
A. Most likely this means you are using an incorrect password. To reset your password, go to the LDAP sign-on page and click Need help signing in? under the Login button.

Q. I get the “You are not authorized to view this resource”. What should I do?
A. Your account setup needs to be reviewed. Please contact us at [email protected].

Q. How do I gain access to technical publication documents?
A. Please log in to request access to Technical Publication documents.

Q. I have issues with technical publications, who do I contact?
A: Contact the appropriate administrator found under Technical Publications Administration elsewhere on this page.
