Our Leadership

Stacy Darling is the vice president of Communications at Collins Aerospace, a business of RTX. She is responsible for the executive direction and strategic leadership of Communications programs to best position Collins with employees, customers and external partners.

Prior to her current role, Darling was the vice president of the Corporate Communications Channels & Content Center of Excellence for RTX, where she led strategic content development, channel strategy, audience segmentation and data analytics. Before that, she was the vice president of Communications for Enterprise Services and vice president of Communications and Advanced Media for Global Business Services at Raytheon. Before RTX, Darling held leadership roles at IBM and worked as a producer in the television news industry.

Darling is the vice chairperson on the council of her local area youth center. She holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate communications from Framingham State University.
