Chief Communications Officer
Stacey MacNeil is the chief communications officer at Collins Aerospace. In this role, she provides executive direction and strategic management for communications programs to best position Collins with employees, customers and external partners. She is responsible for overall brand identity and marketing, external communications, employee communications and engagement supporting the company’s culture, inclusion and diversity programs, along with the corporate social responsibility program. Previously, she served as vice president, Communications, at UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS).
Before joining UTAS, Stacey was vice president of Employee Communications at Hewlett-Packard Co., where she and her team transformed communications with a new style of open, transparent and authentic communication programs based on strategic marketing principles, social media and gamification with newsroom-style execution.
Stacey previously led executive communications for HP’s Enterprise Group, a $35 billion business spanning its enterprise datacenter portfolio. She started at HP in a leadership position responsible for marketing and communications for the Americas Channel Partner Organization.
She began her professional career in radio and television broadcasting, followed by several years in the telecom industry, holding leadership positions in corporate brand strategy, advertising and marketing; product management, market research and strategic planning; and media and analyst relations. Stacey holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from St. Mary’s University, Nova Scotia, Canada.
