Jeff Ricapito was appointed chief Human Resources officer of Collins Aerospace in 2025. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the global HR strategy, including talent management, leadership development, employee & labor relations and compensation & benefits.

Jeff brings more than 25 years of multi-industry domestic and international HR leadership experience to his role. He has previously led HR for RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services & Digital; as well as Collins Aerospace’s Power & Controls strategic business unit.

Jeff began his professional career as a labor attorney in Connecticut and Washington, D.C. He joined Otis Elevator in 2003 where he held roles of increasing responsibility, notably leading Global Employee & Industrial Relations for the company, and serving as the head of HR for the Otis China businesses while based in Shanghai.

Jeff is a proud graduate of Penn State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Labor & Industrial Relations. He also holds a Juris Doctor from the Hofstra University School of Law.
