Henry Brooks

Customer & Account Management

Henry Brooks leads Customer & Account Management at Collins Aerospace. In this role, he is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of Collins Aerospace customer initiatives and facilitating internal and external collaboration among customers, the Collins Aerospace team and the industry.

He started in the industry as an engineer and in his 30-year career has held numerous leadership positions in engineering, operations, program and general management. He most recently served as president, Interiors, Actuation & Propeller Systems at UTC Aerospace Systems (UTAS). His previous roles include both president and vice president for Interiors and vice president for Operations and Supply Chain at UTAS. Prior to this, he held a variety of leadership positions across the UTC family of businesses, including at Keystone Engineering, Milton Roy and Sullair Corporation.

His organization is committed to partnering with Collins Aerospace’s six strategic business units and providing solutions to complex challenges for customers and across business-units.

Henry holds a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
