Our Leadership

Heather Robertson is president of the Mission Systems strategic business unit of Collins Aerospace, an RTX business. She leads a team of more than 14,000 employees responsible for delivering military, government and civil solutions to help global customers safely and successfully complete their most complex missions. 

Heather has served in a variety of leadership positions since joining Collins Aerospace in 2001. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer for Mission Systems, where she was responsible for overseeing the execution of the Mission Systems business. 

Her previous leadership roles include vice president and general manager of Commercial Avionics and Fire Protection Systems within Avionics; vice president and general manager of Integrated Solutions within Mission Systems; and vice president of Business Development. 

She also represents Collins Aerospace on the Board of the Women In Line Leadership (WILL) Rise program at RTX. 

Heather holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bellevue University and a Master of Business Administration from St. Ambrose University. She is based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
