AVIC Leihua Rockwell Collins Avionics Company (ALRAC)

AVIC Leihua Rockwell Collins Avionics Company (ALRAC) is a joint venture between AVIC LETRI and Rockwell Collins. It was established May 31, 2013, providing system engineering, software development, LRU testing, system integration, onsite support, certification support, production and MRO services for the Integrated Surveillance solution to the COMAC C919 program.

Rockwell Collins CETC Avionics Co. Ltd (RCCAC)

Rockwell Collins CETC Avionics Co. Ltd (RCCAC) is a sino-foreign cooperative joint venture established in 2014 by Collins Aerospace and CECT Avionics in Chengdu Sichuan. The company provides communication and navigation solutions for COMAC’s civil aircraft program, as well as MRO services for communication and navigation products for civil aviation.

Collins Aviation Maintenance Services Shanghai Ltd. (CAMSSL)

The first China-based Collins Aerospace service center opened in Shanghai in 1997. In March 2003, the service center was converted into a joint venture between Collins Aerospace and China Eastern Airlines.

Located in the Pudong Waigaoqiao free trade zone, Collins Aviation Maintenance Services Shanghai Ltd. (CAMSSL) covers 1,500 square meters. The facility uses advanced Collins Aerospace testing equipment for communications, navigation, sensors, displays, flight control computers, weather radar and in-flight entertainment systems, as well as non-Collins Aerospace automated test equipment.

Beijing ADARI Aviation Technology Company Ltd.

Beijing ADARI Aviation Technology Company Ltd. was established August 1, 2006, as a strategic joint venture between Aviation Data Communication Corp (ADCC) and ARINC (Singapore) Private limited Co. Ltd., now part of the Information Management Services business of Collins Aerospace. The purpose of ADARI’s establishment as a scientific research-oriented joint venture is to combine ADCC’s enriched scientific research and development resources and ARINC’s mature technologies. The aim is to provide hardware and software systems and products for Chinese and Asia-Pacific aviation users. ADARI also manages the MSGS assembly service between ADCC and ARINC, as well as relevant installation and maintenance services.

Goodrich Aerostructures Service (China) Co. Ltd. (GASCH)

Goodrich Aerostructures Service (China) Co. Ltd. (GASCH) is located in the free trade zone of Tianjin city. GASCH is a foreign-funded enterprise dedicated to providing maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) service of the aircraft nacelles of A320, A330, A350 and B737, B757, B787. As a nacelle original equipment manufacturer MRO located in Mainland China, GASCH can leverage advantages, such as OEM repair designs, the technical information of repair methods, repair schemes and other sites’ repair experiences of different types of nacelles.

Goodrich TAECO Aeronautical Systems (Xiamen) Co. Ltd.

Goodrich TAECO Aeronautical Systems (Xiamen) Co. Ltd., a joint venture between Collins Aerospace and Taikoo (Xiamen) Aircraft Engineering Co. Ltd., offers MRO services for key components in engine control systems, flight control systems, sensors and integrated systems, interiors and other systems manufactured by Collins Aerospace. It also operates a bonded warehouse for the convenience of its customers.

Xi’an AVIC Hamilton Sundstrand Aviation Electric Company Ltd.

Xi’an AVIC Hamilton Sundstrand Aviation Electric Company Ltd. is a 50/50 joint venture (JV) between Hamilton Sundstrand Holdings Inc., part of Collins Aerospace Systems (Collins) division of United Technologies Corporation (UTC), and AVIC Shaanxi Aero Electric Company Ltd. (SAEC). The mission of the JV is to design, develop, manufacture, test and repair electrical power distribution components, and to manufacture electrical power generation components  for the Chinese and international commercial aerospace markets.
