Manufacturing

Our multiple computer numeric control (CNC) milling centers give us the capacity to handle high-volume production within the tightest of timelines. We work with your engineering team to determine the feasibility of the most seemingly impossible tasks. Our experience has shown that even insignificant changes to part design often make a huge difference in machining cycle time and can dramatically lower production costs.

World-class facilities

Collins’ world-class manufacturing capabilities and experience enables us to employ best-in-class techniques, including lights-out machining, cellular manufacturing and reduced setup times. Our gear-grinding capabilities are among the industry’s best – with tooth geometry ranging from 4 to 48 pitch with a maximum diameter of 14 inches.
