ADS-B Forward Fit December 7, 2020
Aircraft with first individual C of A on or after December 7, 2020.
ADS-B Retrofit

June 7, 2023

  • Aircraft with first individual C of A on or after June 7, 1995 and before December 7, 2020 and
  • A retrofit program established prior to December 7, 2020 demonstrating compliance by June 7, 2023
Exemptions
  • Aircraft with first individual C of A before June 7, 1995 or
  • Aircraft to cease operations prior to October 31, 2025 or
  • Operations for purposes of maintenance/export
