Well this happens often in the airline industry and as frustrating as it is to a passenger, it is equally damaging to an airlines profit and reputation. My team at Collins Aerospace analyzes aircraft data to try to develop analytics that can predict when an aircraft is about to have an maintenance event that can potentially affect the schedule. When a pattern is detected we alert the airline that their aircraft may soon experience a maintenance requirement. The Digital Leadership Development Program provides an exceptional foundation for accelerated career success. As future leaders, you’ll play a vital role in helping RTX redefine aerospace and defense.
Our two year program enables you to build companywide experience through 3, 8 month rotations within our businesses, Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, and Raytheon, as well as RTX Corporate. Each rotation will also be aligned to one of our 5 digital domains; infrastructure, cybersecurity, classified digital services, applications, and data and analytics.
