Dedicated to team members with disabilities and caretakers, Ability builds a sense of community for people with unique challenges and provides opportunities for members to share their stories, collaborate, and grow.

African-American ERG

Our African American ERG empowers black talent through every career level and path. Our vision is to cultivate Black leaders at Collins, support the communities where we live, and foster a spirit of belonging.

Asia-Pacific ERG

Our Asia-Pacific ERG promotes and celebrates the diverse cultures and contributions of the Asian population at Collins. Our vision is to build a strong Asian community that supports both social and professional empowerment.

Generations ERG

Our Generations ERG cultivates an environment where members of all ages recognize the strengths and skills in each other. In this way, Generations is continuously striving to create more collaborative communities.

Hispanic ERG

The Hispanic ERG proudly contributes to a multicultural workforce and provides valuable resources for Hispanic marketplace insights. Through leadership development and education, we aim to have an impact at work and in our communities.

Military/Veteran ERG

The Military/Veteran ERG serves as a forum for our military community, including former service members, family members, and their supporters. We strive to make Collins an employer of choice by providing world-class opportunities for service members transitioning to civilian careers.

Pride ERG

Our Pride ERG is open to all of our team members regardless of sexual orientation or gender expression and identity. The ERG empowers LGBTQ+ inclusion through developing employees and playing an active role in community outreach and involvement.

From engaging with new talent entering the workforce, to creating new leadership experiences and promoting corporate citizenship, our Professional ERG focuses on business objectives related to specific disciplines, mentoring programs, and Collins partnerships.
